The Villa Au bord de l'eau is located directly on the edge of the St-Laurent River, on the magnificent Île d´Orléans, just 20 minutes from the Old Quebec. It was chosen mainly for the breathtaking view it offers, changing with the tides. The passage of boats makes it an unforgettable grandiose place. The location, in one of the "most beautiful villages in Quebec", will charm you with the all little boutiques and art galleries. Our Villa is an upscale "seaside" style property and have 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and can accommodates up to 40 people in its 23 beds. 

The interior of the house offers a large living room with comfortable seating overlooking the River and possess a stone fireplace. The 4-season glass roof gives you hours of relaxation… or delicious cocktails! The dining room can accommodate 40 people or more and is annexed to an ultra-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. 

In the basement, you will find a room with a TV and game consoles, as well as a multitude of board games. In addition, you can admire the magnificent landscapes with a panoramic view of the St. Lawrence River. The 16-person spa and large heated swimming pool will please everyone, or perhaps you prefer to lounge in one of the hammocks! Finally, for business people, you can host your meetings and we will take care of your multi-media needs.
